I have ALWAYS loved the professionalism and services I have received!

But recently they blew me away on repair stains on my tan leather seats. The stains had actually taken the color out and began eating the leather. They worked a miracle! It looks brand new!! They are simply amazing!

I will never take my car anywhere else. You guys are first class all the way!

Great service & very professional staff. Car came out looking fabulous. All the door dings were removed and the swirl marks are 90% or more removed. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

This place is the best!!! A friend recommended them to me when I needed an emergency spill clean up.

They came to my office downtown, picked up my car, did a full detail and returned it in better condition than when I bought it. I am AMAZED!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. These guys know what they are doing! I highly recommend you try them out. They are not the cheapest but the work is excellent.

I will definitely be coming back the next time I need a wash or detail.

This is the best auto detailing shop in san diego!!!!

I took my 2002 Celica in to see if it was possible to get rid of the almost three years worth of oxidation that built up in it. Before seeing these guys, I checked out two other shops who both told me that my hood was trash. Meaning I'd have to pay another $800 for a brand new one. But the guys down at Pacific said they could get it out no problem for a very very AMAZING price and when I came to pick my car up, it was like I had brand new hood again.

I really really wish I could post a before after pic on here because words just cant explain it. They literally restored my hood to where it looks better than all the other carbon fiber parts on my car. Additionally, the detail job on the rest of the car was OUT OF THIS WORLD seriously. I really really couldnt believe it and the staff was so friendly and just all around genuine.

I would 130% recommend this place to anyone. I'm already sending a few of my buddies up there for their cars. I'm pretty sure pictures of my hood transformation will be on their website. Check it out. This place is a definite must for anyone who loves their car! alt

I brought my car to Eduardo and his team and they did a GREAT JOB! I had small scratches all over the car from an attempt to remove overspray. They not only removed all the scratches and remaining overspray, but restored the finish to LIKE-NEW again. On top of that, they restored one of my headlights to LIKE NEW, that I felt needed replaced. In terms of value, I wont say how cheap they did it for me, because I think it was a steal on my part.

I cannot fully convey my appriciation for a job well done, with the best in customer service!‎

I recently brought my 2003 350z in to PCAD for a detailing and a color sanding. Both of which I had never had done before. I have a black car thats been used as a daily driver and really showed it's age. I brought the car in around 1:00 PM without an appointment and was warmly received by the staff there no problem. Looking around the shop I saw that everything was clean and orderly, which said a lot to me. The shop manager (Eduardo) was very professional. I had a lot of questions and concerns about what was included and what to expect as anyone would. He took the time to explain the processes and answer my concerns even though the shop was very busy. I noted that the guys that were busy detailing the cars were very focused with the task at hand. They took my car in on the spot and told me it would be ready the next day. I needed a ride home and the shop manager kindly obliged me.

The next day I was excited to see what the end result would be. I had the supreme detail on top of the color sanding. The car had all kinds of problems with the finish, including heavy swirl marks, a spot where someone had sanded then did a bad touch up paint application and miscellaneous deeper scratches. I got to the shop to find the detail techs still working on it just finishing up w/ the final touches. I asked them to pull it into the sun so I could get a better look at the finish. The result was pretty amazing. The badly touched up sanded spot was gone, the swirls were mostly gone I'd say about a 90% reduction in finish blemishes. The color was back to the deep inky black gloss finish that I had never seen (used car). One of the techs told me to go ahead and run my open palm along the finish (which I hesitated with as I didn't want to blemish the finish) and to my surprise it felt as smooth as glass. Amazing.

The inside looked immaculate with the exception of few hard to reach places(I addressed these and they were taken care of immediately. Note, the car was not perfect. Perfect to me means PERFECT. For instance I had had some chipping and scratch spots that were down to the metal in several areas of the vehicle that were due to the car being a daily driver. I could not and would not expect those to be taken care of as that's a whole different ballgame of expertise. But these guys did the best job possible with what I gave them and that's pretty good. The only negative I have in this review is pretty minor, Eduardo called once asking to speak to someone other than me. Like I said pretty minor.

The price was very reasonable for what I got. I'm military and they offer a %50 discount for their detailing services which helped. Then the color sanding ran $350, which in my opinion added about $1000 value to the car. I definitely recommend PCAD for both their workmanship and customer service as they carry both with great pride and consideration

I originally brought my Volvo CC to fix some major "dog-teeth" vinyl/leather damage. While waiting I noticed what an excellent job not only Andrik did, but all the nice detail work that was being done, so I decided to get a full detail on my BMW Z3 (2000) and go ahead with the Volvo too. Both cars look incredible and brand new again! I cannot remember these cars looking this good! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Both jobs were finished in a timely manner.
